- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- For hygiene reasons, undergarments, swimwear, and accessories (unless defective) are non-returnable.

- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item sent by us.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

- Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
